Bachelor’s Degree (preferred in related disciplines).
Responsible for contributing advanced subject matter expertise in the areas of EO, EEO, and MEO. This is a senior professional who possesses in-depth, demonstrated, and recognized expertise in a highly specialized field. The individual possesses unique credentials that are not readily available nationally and supports complex and critical efforts by providing unique subject matter expertise in specific business, functional, technical, and professional or policy areas pertaining to EO, EEO, and MEO. Responsible for developing evidence-based products and tools to support the areas of effective conversations and Model Military Equal Opportunity Program.
Minimum of 3-years of experience in the areas of EO, EEO, and MEO
Army, Marine, Navy, USAF, or USCG experience as a military Equal Opportunity Advisor or Program Manager with human relations/civil rights knowledge
Master's degree in appropriate discipline
