Years of Related Experience Required: 6 years of related experience.

Degree Requirement: BS/ BA is required, and a MS/MA is desired.

Description of Required Experience/Skills:

1. Program/Project management experience

2. Firm understanding of the standard project management principles and standards

3. Must be able to manage a team at varying locations

4. Must be able to effectively lead a diverse team of professional and technical personnel

Description of Desired Experience/Skills:

1. Agile Software Development Experience

2. PMP Certified

3. Team Lead or Program/Project Manager Experience in SW Development

4. US Military Service
