JHT, Inc., a government contractor, is hiring a part-time Office Administration Intern, to provide office administrative support to our Vice President of Purchasing and Quality. Duties would include assisting with inventory and data entry for Government-Furnished Equipment (GFE) and Quality. Scanning documents, filling, and assisting with organization of maintaining records and documents. Additional task may include answering phone calls, scheduling meetings, handling mail and deliveries, as well as help with other operational duties to keep everything running smoothly.
Job Location: Orlando, FL
High School Diploma or AA
Able to come into the facility two days a week.
Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Attention to detail and organization.
Data entry and coordination efforts will require a level of autonomy and discretion/critical thinking skills.
