Job Description: This position will be in-person on Base AND/OR Telework Prepares educational and instructional course materials such as outlines, instructor’s guides, student workbooks, instructional presentation media, test booklets, and survey forms. Develops interactive courseware content and coordinates courseware automation. Provides instruction to individuals, teams, and groups on selected subject matter. Required Skills and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Systems Design, Human Performance or Education. Experience may be substituted for degree level.
Demonstrated understanding of adult learning theory and application.
Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures.
Key skills or expertise:
Curriculum developers – curriculum design expertise, knowledge in human relations topics.
Knowledge in human relations topics and expert knowledge in evaluation and certification of training programs.
