Contracts Intern This is an In-person Part-time Internship for students pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Management, Economics, Political Science, Legal Studies, Supply Chain Management, or any other related field.

U.S Citizenship is Required Description of Required Experience/Skills: • Assist the Contracts department with the administration, proposal, and general business actions supporting complex, multi-year Government programs in accordance with Company policies, government regulations, and customer requirements. • Perform a full array of duties including; professional administrative work, and quality control review of documents for consistency and accuracy. • May be required to prepare, review, and execute contractual agreements such as; non-disclosure agreements, teaming agreements, and other related documents. • Data entry and processing of contractual information and contract funding into company databases. • Maintain and update contract files and contractual correspondence. • Assist the Contracts department in providing contract support to internal program teams including research, data collection, document retrieval, and support with general department inquiries.

Description of Desired Experience/Skills: • Motivated Self-starter with strong organizational skills with the ability to understand and follow written and verbal directions. • Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills with the ability to work well in a team environment. • Ability to gather, organize, interpret, and analyze information and data. • Ability to set priorities, manage task related assignments and exercise sound judgment within areas of responsibility • Experience in drafting documents, creating, and maintaining excel spreadsheets, document filing, and tracking.
