Years of Related Experience Required: 3-5 years of related experience.
Degree Requirement: BS/ BA is desired.
Description of Required Experience/Skills:
3-5 years of experience in framing, preparing, and negotiating US Government and commercial agreements to include solesource and competitive awards.
Experience with various Contract/Subcontract types to include Fixed Price (FP), Time & Material (T&M), Cost Plus FixedFee (CPFF), Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ).
Adept at contractual reviews, contract analysis with the aptitude to work on diverse contractual issues.
Assist in reconciliation of funding issues on contracts under purview and communicate with cross-functional departmentsand customers while working towards resolution.
Draft, review, negotiate, and execute non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) and teaming agreements (TAs).
Draft, review and negotiate contractual agreements, to include crafting Statements of Work (SOWs), requirements andcontract flow-downs.
Serve as the point of contact to external customers on contractual matters within purview.
Manage contractual baseline by maintaining awareness and tracking of contract modifications, due dates, deliverables, etc.
Maintain contract filing system to ensure accurate tracking of all contract documents, modifications, and agreements.
Ability to work collaboratively with both internal and external customers.• Strong work ethic with a commitment to ensure that all deadlines are met on time and with a high degree of quality.
Ability to work independently on moderately complex projects/assignments by setting priorities and exercising soundjudgment within areas of responsibility.
Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.

Description of Desired Experience/Skills:
Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science in a related field. In lieu of a degree, equivalent experience in a contractingenvironment will be considered.
Demonstrated understanding of US Government Acquisition Regulations and working knowledge of FAR and DFARS
Prior experience managing contracts with Deltek Costpoint
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and database applications.
Ability to conduct web-based research and applicable government regulations, etc.
Adaptable to changes in dynamic work environment, workload and managing competing demands.
