Required Experience/Skills:
2-5 years of experience in framing, preparing, and negotiating US Government and commercial agreements to include sole source and competitive awards.
Adept at contractual reviews, contract analysis with the aptitude to work on diverse contractual matters.
Assist in reconciliation of funding issues on contracts under purview and communicate with cross-functional departments and customers while working towards resolution.
Draft, review, negotiate, and execute non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) and teaming agreements (TAs).
Draft, review, and negotiate contractual agreements to include crafting Statements of Work (SOWs) and determining applicable contract flow-downs.
Manage contractual baseline by maintaining awareness and tracking of contract modifications, due dates, deliverables, etc.
Maintain contract filing system to ensure accurate tracking of all contract documents, modifications, and agreements.
Ability to work collaboratively with both internal and external customers.
Strong work ethic with a commitment to ensure that all deadlines are met on time and with a high degree of quality.
Ability to work independently on moderately complex projects/assignments by setting priorities and exercising sound judgment within areas of responsibility.
Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Desired Experience/Skills:
Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science in a related field. In lieu of a degree, equivalent experience in a contracting environment will be considered.
Experience with various Contract/Subcontract types to include Fixed Price (FP), Time & Material (T&M), Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF), Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ).
Demonstrated understanding of US Government Acquisition Regulations and working knowledge of FAR and DFARS
Prior experience administering contracts.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and other commercial database applications.
Ability to conduct web-based research.
Adaptable to changes in dynamic work environment, workload and managing competing demands.
