Job Description: Develops communication plans in support of strategic initiatives, programs and outreach. Writes and edits news releases, fact sheets, web copy, E-News, and blog postings. Develop social media engagement strategies and outreach initiatives. Work closely with government personnel to effectively communicate information to intended audiences. Track and report on communication metrics and overall communications program Job Experience/ Skills:
Bachelor's degree. Experience may be substituted for degree level.
Demonstrated understanding of operating a communications plan for a senior level organization.
Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures.
