Group Health Insurance
Choose from two plans that offer employees choice – an HMO style plan or a POS style plan.
A PPO plan that offers benefits for in- and out-of-network providers.
JHT's vision plan is a PPO style plan with benefits for routine eye exams, glasses, and contacts.
JHT offers a base package as well as additional coverage employees may purchase for themselves and their dependents.
Long- and Short-term Disability
Both plans replace a percentage of your income in the event of a disability.
Health Care and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts
Both flexible spending accounts are used by employees to lower their taxable income. Contribute on a pre-tax basis in order to spend your money on either health care or day care type expenses.
401(k) Retirement Plan
JHT recognizes the value of employees saving for their retirement. In our 401(k) plan, employees may choose from a variety of different portfolios and investment options.
Tuition Reimbursement Program
Eligible employees will be reimbursed tuition, textbooks, and fees for approved courses at accredited universities.
Paid Time Off
Employees can use their paid time off for vacation, sick, or personal time away from work.
