JHT President Ray Malatino is pleased to announce the promotion of Jay Hixson to Executive Vice President and Carla Holoman to Senior Vice President of the Program Management Group.

Their remarkable leadership efforts to streamline the program management department led to this advancement. This initiative, ongoing since August 2008, began with the consolidation of two divisions - Services and Training, Simulation and Technology - into one department. Mr. Hixson and Mrs. Holoman were also tasked with implementing standardized practices and procedures to grow profitability, ensure project efficiency and improve customer satisfaction. In addition to successfully accomplishing all of these objectives, they were also instrumental in sustaining current clients and increasing new business.

CEO Jim Jardon, President Ray Malatino and CFO Linda Damm are enthusiastic about the promotion and concur that their leadership has made the difference in making the execution of JHT programs second-to-none.

In their new roles, both Jay and Carla will continue to lead the program management group and are expected to play an increased and vital position in future business development efforts for the company.
