JHT Incorporated Awarded ISO Certification

JHT Inc. has been recertified for quality management by The International Organization for Standardization (ISO). The ISO 9001:2008 status is obtained by an elite group of organizations who consistently provide a product that meets the established customer and statutory regulatory requirements. Led by Debra Spence, Director of Quality, the week long auditing process included interviews with JHT personnel and a review of corporate documents and procedures for quality compliance. Spence expressed her appreciation to the entire JHT team for their contributions toward this effort.

When asked to reflect on the assessment she offered, "The Auditor commended our efforts this year and was impressed with the talent and enthusiasm of our workforce with whom he met. It was apparent to him that we are always looking for improvements in all aspects of our performance." The ISO 9001: 2008 status is certified for a full year and requires additional periodic internal audits to ensure compliance consistency.
