Case Study: Anti-Terrorism Planning
CHALLENGE:
The Navy had a challenge - it wanted to train its commanding officers and anti-terrorism
personnel how to develop, establish and implement an anti-terrorism plan. Additionally, the
training needed to be available to personnel without requiring them to travel to central locations.
SOLUTION:
JHT’s solution was an Anti-terrorism Planning (ATP) program. We designed a highly
interactive program requiring the students to make decisions in realistic situations and
provided immediate feedback and assessment as they completed each stage of the course.
RESULT:
The Navy and students found the courseware to be engaging, thorough and effective. JHT
successfully addressed the challenge of developing an anti-terrorism plan where qualified
officers and personnel conveniently gained access to the program from various locations.
