Case Study: Office of Hearings and Appeals
CHALLENGE:
The Defense Office of Hearings and Appeals (DOHA), the largest component of the Defense Legal Services Agency within the
Department of Defense (DOD), required assistance identifying and hiring staff for positions of trust to support their ongoing
efforts.
SOLUTION:
Our team meticulously screened, hired and positioned twenty-seven employees to work in DOHA offices in Arlington,
Virginia, Columbus, Ohio and Woodland Hills, California. The staff is tasked with providing a broad range of essential
support to enhance the administration of DOHA’s legal proceedings, from the initial filing through final adjudication.
RESULT:
For over a decade, we have provided an array of professional and administrative services to support this prestigious branch
