amenities and exceptional design specifications are considered standard.
SOLUTION:
We partnered with a notable architect and residential designer to design and build a four bedroom, five and one-half bath
Mediterranean home complete with a custom pool, courtyard and exotic landscaping. With just over 4500 square feet in
living space (and approximately 6100 square feet under roof), the completed design boasts exceptionally-appointed details
including twelve-foot ceilings, custom marble floors and exquisite moldings with Old-World craftsmanship throughout.
RESULT:
A distinguished buyer who admired the unique design and solid construction, attention to detail and the commitment to
